MorCap Fund Advisors, LLC is a management consulting firm specializing in mortgage banking and residential bank owned real estate (REO). We represent investors in finding and acquiring nonperforming residential mortgage loans and bank owned REO assets at deep discounts in bulk pools of $10-100 million in select markets throughout the United States.

MorCap was founded in 2007 by mortgage banking and real estate attorney Robert L. Labbé and is headquartered in southern California. Mr. Labbé is a licensed attorney in both California ('90) and New York ('87) and has been lead attorney for nationwide lenders such as DiTech, First Allegiance, and Lenders Direct over a real estate career spanning two decades. Mr. Labbé has been actively involved as both a senior attorney and top level executive in the management of several billion dollars of residential financing nationwide.
